Instructions:

• All the graduands need to register to attend the convocation.
• All fields are mandatory in the registration form.
• The students must scan their passport size photo before filling the registration form. The size of photo should be 15kb- 80Kb but not more than 80kb.
• Graduands opting for degree certificate by post have to provide their correct and complete postal address. If they fail to do so, the SRMIST will not be held responsible for non-delivery /delay/improper delivery of degree certificate. Under such circumstances, the Graduands should follow the procedure to apply for Duplicate degree certificate.
• Pin code should not be less than 6 digits.
